Preparation is the part most people skip.
Nuts and seeds keep their nutrition behind cell walls. How you break those walls decides how much of it you actually absorb.
We dice the nuts and mill the seeds.
A whole flaxseed can pass through you intact. Chewing helps, but not reliably, and not evenly. Cold-milling the seeds and dicing the nuts breaks down the cellular wall before the food ever reaches your bowl.
The result is more nutrients with every bite, from the same nine ingredients.

The nuts and the seeds need each other.
Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-soluble, which means your body needs fat present to absorb them. The seeds carry the micronutrients. The nuts carry the fat that unlocks them.
Eaten separately, each is good. Milled together in one spoonful, they work as a pair.

Nine whole foods. That is the whole list.
